VSDC deals with electronic Billing Machines and also consists of producing sales and stock transactions by printing the invoices and transmitting the details of all these transactions to the tax administration Rwanda Revenue Authority(RRA). This is intended to solve the weakness of the manual invoicing system which affects high risks of the disappearance of information, double invoicing and many more negative effects in taxation. Furthermore, VSDC is used as an integration where it stamps invoices from other systems beside ISHYIGA and reports on RRA back office.
